3. Customer Obligations

By submitting your order to Moroccan Keratin you confirm:

  • You are a valid entity or individual purchasing our products.

  • You are responsible to supply correct shipping and billing information.
  •  International buyers: Our prices do not include  taxes, duties, import taxes and fees in your country, you are responsible to pay these fees.

 

4. Orders for Products

1. Orders to Moroccan Keratin must be submitted either via the web at www.MoroccanKeratin.com, or by telephone or email. Orders are placed on a secured encrypted connection (https) and we do not store or have access to credit card information.

2. Submission of an Order represents an offer to purchase Products from Moroccan Keratin, and we may confirm receipt of this offer via email or verbally or by telephone).

5. Limitations of Supply

1. We will make a reasonable effort to ensure that all Orders are fulfilled; however we cannot guarantee the availability of Products. If the Products you have ordered are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you to give you a choice to receive an alternative or a refund. If we are unable to contact you, your Order will be cancelled and you will be given a full refund.

6. Prices and Payment

1. We will use best endeavors to ensure the accuracy of the prices and price related information stated on the Site.

3. However we cannot guarantee that we will not make a mistake and misprice an item inadvertently. If this is the case, we will notify you of the error before we ship. You will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your Order.

7. Delivery and Carriage

1. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure your Products are shipped to you as quickly as possible after placing your order.

3. Delivery of the Products will be made to the address provided by you at the time you placed your Order.

4. If your Product(s) are not delivered safely within a reasonable number of days of you receiving notification of shipment, you should contact us. Customers should promptly inspect goods delivered to them to satisfy themselves that any goods delivered to them are as expected.

5. If an item arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged item. In the case of non-prescription items only, the customer may instead choose a full refund for that item.

6. In the case of non-delivery, if either Moroccan Keratin or our delivery service is at fault, a re-delivery will be arranged.

7. International buyers: Our products are shipped out of USA, We are not responsible for any local customs fees, VAT, import tax, customs delay or other local charge in your country relating to the destination. As an international buyer you need to be aware of your own country rules, regulations, limitations, duties and any other fees.

8. Returns and Refunds

1. Any returns must be made within 14 days of your receiving the order or within the time specifically given for specific products as warranty and return policy may varies from one product to another.

2. Returns must be in their original condition.

3. We offer a full refund for items returned within 14 days in their original condition.

4. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any shipping expense associated with returning an item, unless authorized by us.
